Refund Policy
• Custom Boards: Due to the personalized nature of custom builds, all custom snowboard orders are non-refundable once production has started.
• Signature Boards: Returns for Signature Series boards are considered on a case-by-case basis. If the board is unused and in original condition, please contact us within 7 days of delivery to discuss your situation.
• If your board arrives with damage or a significant issue, contact us within 7 days of delivery. Every board is built by hand, and natural variations or minor cosmetic marks can occur as part of the building process. That said, if there’s anything that affects how your board performs or holds up on snow, we’ll work with you to make it right.

Shipping Policy
All Stag Boards are handcrafted to order. Lead time for your board will be confirmed at the time of order placement.

Once your board ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.

We currently ship within the U.S. only, no international or Canadian shipping at this time.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
